I’m always up for a challenge, especially when it involves my trusty air fryer. So, during an Instagram shoot, someone dared me to make scrambled eggs in the air fryer and let me tell you, it turned out even better than I imagined! The texture, the twist with the mozzarella cheese absolutely amazing!

3 pcs Eggs
20ml Milk
2 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper
10g Shredded Mozzarella
Cilantro
Cheese, Cow Milk Protein, Dairy Products, Lactose, Egg, Egg Yolk
Set your air fryer at 180°C for 7 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Mix 3 pcs eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Once the preheating is done, place a baking sheet in the tray and pour the egg mixture. Add the butter and mix it well with a fork.
After 2 minutes bring it out and mix well and put it back in.
Again after 2 minutes bring it out and mix it well. Add the shredded mozzarella and put it back in.
Once done, mix it really well until it looks scrambled.
Garnish with cilantro.
Best Served With
Charred Cherry Tomatoes, Toasted Bread, Roasted Potatoes, Hash Browns.
