Nutricook Team
2 pcs Salmon fillets
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt and Black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges
Sea Bass, Chicken, Tofu, Cottage Cheese
1 pc Lemon, juiced
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp Dill, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Thyme, finely chopped
Salt and Black pepper, to taste
Garlic, Lemon, Citrus Fruits, Sea Food, Fish
Set your air fryer at 190°C for 12 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Meanwhile, brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
Season the fillets with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Once the air fryer is preheated, place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Chef tip: The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and has reached an internal temperature of 63°C.
Once the cooking is done, remove the salmon from the air fryer basket and place it on a plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Garnish with lemon wedges.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the dressing.
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings if necessary. You can add more lemon juice, herbs, or salt and pepper to taste
Serve the Salmon Fillet with Lemon and Herb Dressing hot, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
