The Risk-Free Trial Period for all Nutricook products is 30 days. This means that you can purchase any of the product, and try it out for 30 days.
If, during the 30 days, you are not completely satisfied, please notify us and we will either provide a full cash refund or offer free replacements in case of damaged or faulty items. Returned items need to be sent back in their original packaging including all accessories and ensure that it is in good condition.
To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to email@example.com with the original order number and mention the reason for returning or replacing the appliance. This applies only to orders directly purchase from www.nutricookworld.com website. Orders from other retailers and online stores are not covered by the 30 Days Risk-Free Trail.
In case a customer proceeds with either return or replacement, our team will assist and provide detailed instructions for easy processing. Once our team received the item and thoroughly inspected to ensure that there are no damages, missing parts & accessories and is in good condition along with the original packaging, we will notify you and advise if the returned item has met the conditions of the full refund. However, the return shipping cost of AED 30.00 is excluded from the refund.
If the returned item is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 2-7 working days and you will get notified accordingly.
If any defect is found when using a Nutricook product, this should be reported within 30 days. Simply reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the particular issue so we can better assist you.
