I’m born and raised in India, so you know I’m all about those tikkas and kebabs. Now, here’s one of my absolute favorites-bringing together the goodness of spinach and all those incredible Indian masalas. Give it a shot; I’m pretty darn sure you’ll love it just as much as I do!

Directions
In a bowl, combine yogurt, chutney, chaat masala, coriander powder, black salt, chicken masala (or vegetarian masala), salt, and garam masala. Mix well to create the marinade.
Add spinach puree to the marinade to achieve the desired green color.
Add the tofu cubes, broccoli florets, and bell pepper chunks to the marinade. Toss well to coat the vegetables and tofu evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Set your air fryer at 190°C for 12 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Thread the marinated tofu, broccoli, and bell pepper alternately onto skewers.
Lightly brush the skewers with mustard oil.
Once the air fryer is preheated, place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
Flip them halfway through the cooking time.
Sprinkle with cumin powder and chopped coriander before serving.
Serve your air fried Hariyali Tofu and Broccoli Skewers hot, with additional chutney on the side.
