Are Nutricook products safe?
Yes. All Nutricook products are engineered with built-in safety mechanisms and equipped with features to ensure they are extremely safe to use.
All Nutricook products are backed up with GCC certificate, ROHS certificate and other safety reports from accredited laboratories.
Can I purchase accessories in retail stores?
No. Nutricook accessories are currently available only in the website.
Can I use/bring Nutricook products overseas?
All Nutricook products are currently manufactured with 220-240V, 50/60Hz and with BS 3-pin plug. Do not use the products outside this electrical system.
The use of adapters and converters is considered an unauthorized modification of the product and as such voids the warranty. Use of this product in locations with different electrical specifications may result in damage to the product.
