So, for Christmas, I whipped up this recipe using a gingerbread man shape cutter, and let me tell you, it became an instant hit. It got so popular that our boss asked us to make it for the main Christmas party. Give it a shot, and I promise you’ll be nodding along with me!

40g Lotus Spread

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

Directions
Set your air fryer to 190°C for 12 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
On a clean surface, lay out the puff pastry sheet. Spread Lotus spread evenly over the entire sheet and fold.
Take your desired cutter and cut the stuffed puff pastry.
Press the side of the puffs using the tip of a fork.
Melt some butter and spread on top of the stuffed puff pastry.
In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon powder and caster sugar.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
Place the puffs in the preheated air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
Make sure to flip the puff pastry mid way.
Once done, remove the puffs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.
