Churros is absolute dessert love right there. So, when I got my hands on the Nutricook air fryer, a friend threw down the challenge to make churros in it. Guess what? Nailed it! Give these a shot, and I promise you’ll be amazed at how good they turn out.
Nutricook Team
2 cups Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1 pc Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Dash of Cinnamon
1 tsp Coconut Oil
100g Dark Chocolate
20g Milk Chocolate
50g Cooking Cream
100g Milk
Cow Milk Protein, Dairy Products, Lactose, Tree Nut, Soy Lecithin, Almond, Hazelnut, Egg, Egg Yolk, Coconut
Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes using BAKE function and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Sieve the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Use a piping bag, pipe straight lines into the preheated air fry basket.
While the churros is baking, mix all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce and use a double boiler method to heat it.
Once the chocolate melts, mix well and take it off heat when it is sauce consistency.
Once the churros are ready, coat them with the cinnamon sugar coating and enjoy with hot chocolate sauce.
