The big boss at Nutricook is a vegan broccoli fan. He threw down a challenge to recreate this bang bang broccoli he had in the States, the trick was to make it using the nutricook air fryer. Well, I nailed it, and honestly, it’s even better and way easier. The CEO loved it, and I’m crossing my fingers you do too!

250g Broccoli Florets
125g All-Purpose Flour
180g Water
Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper
Seasoned Panko
Chicken, Shrimp, Tofu, Cottage Cheese
80g Tahina Sauce
1/2 pc Lime Juice
1 tbsp Honey/ Maple Syrup
1 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Paprika and Chili powder
Salt
Water for Consistency
Lemon, Citrus Fruits, Sesame Seeds, Yeast, Gluten (Wheat, Oats, Rye, Barley), Wheat
Blanch the broccoli florets and pat dry.
Make a coating paste with all-purpose flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Dip the florets in coating mixture and then coat it with seasoned panko
Set the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Once the air fryer is preheated, add the broccoli in the air fryer basket.
In the meanwhile, mix all the ingredients together to make the sauce.
Once the broccoli is crispy, dip them in the bang bang bang sauce and air fry for another 6-8 minutes.
Once ready, garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
