Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin powder, and a little oil.
Set your air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes and press START. Your nutricook airfryer will preheat automatically.
Once the air fryer has preheated, add the marinated chicken and cook. Once cooked, allow it to cool and then shred it into smaller pieces.
Place a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or a cutting board.
To make the quesadilla, start by slicing the tortilla from the center to the end on one side.
Spread a portion of marinara sauce evenly over one-third of the tortilla.
On one-third of it, add a portion of the pulled chicken.
Spread a portion of shredded mixed cheese over the last one-third of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla over the fillings to create a foldover and it will look like a triangle.
Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and fillings to make three fold quesadillas.
Set your air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes and press START. Your nutricook airfryer will preheat automatically.
Once the air fryer is preheated, lightly spray both sides of the fold overs with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the air fryer.
Place the quesadillas in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Let them cook until they are golden brown, and the cheese is melted, make sure to flip them halfway through for even cooking.
Remove the quesadillas from the air fryer, let them cool for a minute, and serve.
