I’m a big fan of almond croissants, and one day I thought, why not pair it up with my other favorite, Lotus spread? The combination turned out just perfect. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!

3 pcs Butter Croissant
20g Almond flour
20g Sugar
20g Butter
20g Eggs
25g Lotus spread
Any spread of your choice
Cow Milk Protein, Yeats, Gluten (Wheat, Oats, Rye, Barley), Wheat, Lactose, Dairy Products, Soy, Egg, Egg Yolk, Almond
In a bowl, mix almond flour, eggs, sugar, and butter until it forms a paste.
Slice the croissants in half and spread a thick layer of the paste.
Set the air fryer at 180°C for 6 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Once preheated, arrange the croissants in the air fryer basket.
Once cooked, place the croissants on a plate and drizzle with lotus spread.
Best Served With
