This pizza is seriously the easiest and tastiest you’ll ever crave. The best part? You can whip it up anytime because the ingredients are super easy to find!

2 pcs Tortilla Bread
100g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
35g Cheese sauce
2 tbsp Marinara sauce
20g Onion, sliced
15g Green Capsicum, diced
15g Red Capsicum, diced Pinch of Dried Basil
15g Sriracha mayo
Any Vegetable of Choice, Paneer, Tofu, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp Honey
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Black Pepper, Tomato, Red Chili, Garlic, Lemon, Food Colors, Citrus Fruits, Mustard, Cheese, Lactose, Dairy Products, Gluten (Wheat, Oats, Rye, Barley), Wheat
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, ketchup, and honey.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the mixture. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until they are well combined. Chill the sauce till ready to use.
Toast each tortilla bread for 2 minutes in the air fryer until lightly crisp.
On the first toasted tortilla, spread the cheese sauce and sprinkle a portion of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the second tortilla on top to create a sandwich-like structure.
Spread marinara sauce on the top of the tortilla and sprinkle sliced onions, diced red capsicum, diced green capsicum, and another portion of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle a pinch of dried basil over the top.
Set the airf ryer at 180°C for 7 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Place the assembled pizza in the air fryer cook until the cheese melts and the edges of the tortilla become crispy.
Once cooked, remove the pizza from the air fryer
Drizzle Sriracha mayo on top for added flavor
Slice the pizza into 6 to 8 pieces and serve immediately.
