Nutricook Smart Air Fryer Grill XL Refund Process
A. Offer description:
Caliber Brands General Trading LLC, UAE “Promoter” is offering you the chance to claim a full refund of your purchase amount if you have used your Nutricook Smart Air Fryer Grill AFG960 (“Eligible Product”) and are not entirely satisfied with your Eligible Product within thirty (30) days from Purchase Date (“Offer”).
The Offer is valid between 1st March 2023 until 31st May 2023 (“Purchase Period”).
B. Terms and Conditions:
To be eligible to claim a refund of the full purchase amount for the Eligible Product, individuals must:
1. Purchase an Eligible Product during the Purchase Period from any of Promoter’s participating retailers in store or online.
The following are participating retailers:
- Sharaf DG
- ACE Hardware
- Jumbo Electronics
- Better Life
- Amazon UAE
- Noon UAE
- Mumzworld UAE
- FirstCry UAE
1. The Eligible Product cannot be returned to the participating retailer/e-tailer where the customer purchased the Eligible Product. Eligible product(s) must be returned to the Service Center outlined in Section C 1.2 below.
2. If the customer is not fully satisfied with the Eligible Product within thirty (30) from purchase, he or she can fill the Refund Form (“Form”) on our website - nutricookworld.com/refund. Deadline for return is within 30 days from invoice date.
3. Keep the Eligible Product with all accessories, attachments, power plug, outer box and with the original purchase receipt of Eligible Product.
5. The customer must not be an employee of Promoter (and their immediate families) or a participating retailer or agency. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or first cousin.
C. How to get the Refund:
1. To get the refund, individuals must undertake the following steps:
1.1 Complete the Refund Form on our website - nutricookworld.com/refund.
1.2 Make sure the Eligible Product along with all included accessories are free from any physical damage and defects.
1.3 The Eligible Product has to be returned to the following service center along with all attachments, accessories, power plug, original box and purchase receipt and this can be done in 2 ways:
OPTION 1: Get the Eligible Product to the Service Center in person.

Time: Monday – Friday (10am – 5pm)
OPTION 2: Arrange for the Eligible Product to be picked up. Note: It may take up to 10 days to arrange a pick up.
2. Eligible Refunds processed and issued by the Service Center will be paid in Cash for the amount outlined on the eligible receipt including VAT.
3. Eligible Refunds for products that are picked up will be transferred to the individual’s bank account for the amount outlined on the eligible receipt including VAT. Note: Bank account details are required to be filled for Option 2: Pick Up.
4. Individuals must ensure that all personal details provided in the Form are correct. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible Forms will be deemed invalid.
D. Promoter’s Rights:
1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any claims (including an individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has:
- breached any of these Terms and Conditions;
- tampered with the claim process; or
- physically damaged the Eligible Product and/or its accessories; or
- Engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that jeopardized fair and proper conduct of the Offer.
2. The Promoter reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
