Delete Your Nusync Account

You can delete your Nusync account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is deleted, what is retained and how long the process takes. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the Nusync App Privacy Policy at nutricookworld.com/pages/nusync-privacy-policy.
Uninstalling the App from your phone does not delete your account. Please follow one of the options below.
Option 1 – Delete your account in the App (recommended)
- Open the Nusync app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Support.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete Account again to confirm.
Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately. Some data is removed over the periods shown in "What is retained, and for how long" below.
Option 2 – Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the App, email privacy@nutricookworld.com with the subject line "Nusync account deletion request", sent from the email address registered to your Nusync account. Include:
- the email address used for your Nusync account;
- confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted.
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, confirm receipt within 5 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you would like a copy of your personal data, request it by email before you delete your account in the App, or say so in your deletion request email. We will provide it before completing the deletion. We cannot provide a copy once deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Your Nusync account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile information, including name, age range, household type, usage goal and profile photo.
- All connected appliances are unbound from your account, and your device records, homes, rooms, device names, settings and notification preferences are deleted.
- Your account on the Tuya connected-device platform is cancelled, together with the device, connectivity (including Wi-Fi pairing) and location data held there, after Tuya's 7-day cancellation period.
- Push notification tokens and related identifiers.
- You will no longer receive promotional push notifications (Product Updates) from the App.
Your Nuwey appliances will continue to work using their physical controls, but they will no longer be controllable from the App until they are paired to a new account.
What is retained, and for how long

Removing data without deleting your account
If you want to keep your account, you can remove individual appliances, homes and rooms, and edit or remove optional profile details and your profile photo, from within the App. You can also turn off promotional notifications by switching off Product Updates in the App settings, or turn off all Nusync notifications in your device settings. Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Deleting your Nusync account does not delete any separate account you hold on nutricookworld.com, and does not affect product warranty registrations held in our customer records.
- To use the App again after deletion, you will need to create a new account and pair your appliances again.
