The Nutricook Air Fryer Oven is a combination of air fryer, convection oven, rotisserie oven and food dehydrator all-in-one. It works as an air fryer with a powerful fan which distributes hot air around food for quicker, crispier and healthier result, as a convection oven with a normal fan for baking and with a 360 °C rotating system for rotisserie style foods.

Yes. Air frying uses less oil which makes it a healthier alternative to deep frying. Since less oil is used, it reduces cholesterol and fats thus becoming a healthier option for all your favourite fried food.

In air frying, oil is not necessarily required but a specific amount can be recommended for some recipes to ensure best result. Spray oil works best as the oil is distributed evenly and less is needed. Canola, olive, avocado, coconut, grapeseed, peanut and vegetable oil work well.

Yes, the air fryer oven will automatically pause the time and will not work until the door is closed. Once the door is locked again, the air fryer oven will resume cooking with the remaining time.

If a certain recipe requires preheating or when cooking meats that benefit from an initial hot sear, preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Preheating visibly improves food texture and takes 2 to 5 minutes!

To turn the air fryer oven OFF at any time, simply press and hold the white POWER button.

When cooking high fat foods such as chicken, sausages and meats, it is necessary to empty fat from the drip trays between batches. Excessive oil/fat drippings deposited on the drip tray generates excess smoke and must be poured out.

Yes, however, please ensure that the foods are properly breaded and for crispier result, fry smaller batches. Always ensure to properly press the breading into food as the air inside the fryer oven may blow off breading. You can refrigerate breaded food at least 30 minutes before frying.

Note: Arrange breaded food in the wire racks so that the food is not touching to allow air flow on all surfaces.

Yes. To assure even cooking/browning, do not overfill the rotating basket or wire racks to allow even air distribution. Always open the door halfway through cooking time to check the status of the food and shake it. Some recipes may also call for brush or spray oil halfway through cooking.

When using the rotisserie function, remember not to cook oversize chicken to allow proper rotation.

Your Smart Pot automatically starts after 10 seconds and will sound three audible beeps to indicate the cooking cycle has started.

Display will show On

Once enough pressure is built up inside the cooker, the float valve rises. Display changes from On to the time set and starts countdown until it reaches zero.

Do not open the lid until pressure inside the pot is completely released. As a safety feature, the lid is locked and won’t open until the float valve drops down.

If the float valve is stuck due to food debris or sticky liquid, you can push it down with a long utensil after you are certain that the pressure has been released completely by moving the pressure release valve to Venting position.

To avoid personal injuries, never attempt to force down the float valve to open the lid. Do not open the lid until after the pressure is completely released naturally or manually.

After pressure cooking, turn the pressure release valve from Sealing to Venting position to vent out pressure inside the cooker until float valve drops down.

Note: If the food contents inside spatters during this process, turn back the pressure release valve to Sealing position and try again after a few minutes. If spatter occurs, use Natural Release instead. The Quick Release method is highly recommended for steamed vegetables and seafood to avoid overcooking. For certain foods with high starch content such as porridge, stews, sticky liquids and soup, do not use Quick Release as the contents may spatter and can cause scalds, burns and other serious injuries.

After pressure cooking, leave the pressure release valve in the Sealing position to allow the cooker to dissipate heat so pressure releases naturally over time until the float valve drops down. This may take 10-15 minutes or even longer depending on the amount of food inside the cooker.
