Set the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Once the air fryer has preheated, place the slices of bread in the air fryer basket and toast for 2 minutes until they are lightly crisp.
After toasting, spread the chili pesto evenly on the toasted side of the bread slices. Sprinkle the mixed cheese over the chili pesto.
Return the bread slices to the air fryer, ensuring they are open-faced, and close the basket.
Once the cheese has melted, carefully remove the slices from the air fryer.
Put the slices together making it a sandwich, slice as desired, and your delicious, crispy chili pesto and cheese bread is ready to serve.
