2 pcs Sweet Potatoes (about 400g)

1/2 cup All-purpose Flour

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Directions
Peel the sweet potatoes and then cut them lengthwise into 1/4 to 3/8 inch slices.
Chop the sides off the potatoes to form a rectangle and slice into 1/2 inch sections.
Place the sweet potato sections between two skewers and cut diagonal slits on one side make sure to not cut all the way through.
Flip over the sweet potatoes and cut slits on the other side.
Soak the sweet potatoes in a bowl of water to remove excess starch, and then drain them.
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix the dry ingredients well.
Toss the prepared sweet potato slices in the seasoned flour mixture, spray oil and ensure they are evenly coated.
Set your air fryer at 175°C for 20 minutes and press START. Your nutricook air fryer will preheat automatically.
Once the air fryer is preheated, lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray to prevent sticking.
Carefully place the coated sweet potato accordion fries in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches to ensure they are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
Shake the basket or turn the fries halfway through the cooking time. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the sweet potato accordion fries from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
